Stéphane and Geoffroy founded Viznet in 2018. Before that, Stéphane led Yahoo's business development and strategic partnerships in Europe from 2002 to 2017, where he built the Yahoo Search (Overture) and Display Ad-Network. He also developed the Content acquisition strategy for Yahoo. Based in Paris, he also spent 4 years in Switzerland and 4 years in London. His main partners were Eurosport, TF1, Vevo, YouTube, Orange, BT, M6, Dailymotion, AOL, AFP, Perform, etc. He was previously interactive TV product manager for Noos TV Boxes (Numéricable), the leading cable operator in France...
Geoffroy Guéna
Co-Founder, Products & Strategy
Geoffroy created Fivia in 2000, publisher of AdFront, one of the main advertising insertion order management systems for digital advertising. He sold his company in 2014 and stayed until 2016 to help WideOrbit Inc. integrate AdFront. Geoffroy notably successfully launched Fivia Inc. in the United States from New York. Among Fivia's main clients in 30 countries are operators and broadcasters such as TF1, M6, Canal +, ITV, Five, Channel 4, Viacom, Gannett, Orange, Telecom Italia. Building on his first Start Up experience, he decided to relaunch an Ad Tech project dedicated to video advertising. Geoffroy therefore decided in 2018 to found Viznet with Stéphane.
Thierry Kalb
CTO
Thierry was the CTO of Fivia from 2000 to 2016 and developed its AdFront product, a pioneering solution for managing insertion orders for digital advertising. He then became Senior Software engineering from 2016 to 2022 for WideOrbit which acquired Fivia. Thierry joined Viznet in 2022 as CTO to develop VizChoice.

Jérôme Rayet
Jérôme Rayet created Toutapprendre.com in 2000, one of the first E-learning sites in France, which he sold in 2018. He now runs the High Flyers Capital (HFC) investment fund specializing in Food Tech and Ad tech.
Julien Vin-Ramarony
Julien is president and founder of VOD Factory, a leader in VOD services for publishers. Julien was previously director of content at SFR, Neuf Cegetel, director of programming and marketing at Canalsat. He also worked at Arthur D. Little and Noos as a TV marketing manager.
Dominique Vidal
Dominique Vidal has been a Venture Partner at Index Ventures for 17 years. He is also a Business Angel. Before that, he was CEO of Kelkoo and Yahoo Europe. These investment decisions with Index Ventures include BlaBlaCar, Criteo and Outbrain.
Jacques Cazin
Jacques is founder of Adways, specializing in creating RichMedia interactive videos. He obtained two patents for innovative video advertising formats. Key clients were M6, TF1, France Télévisions, Discovery Channel, NBC Universal. He resells Adways in 2022 to Weborama Group. He has since been a business angel, Vice-Chairman of the Brand Advertising Committee of IAB Europe and Senior Advisor to Viznet since March 2023.
